8mb Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

8mb is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for adult users. These terms ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the 8mb service provider.

By using the 8mb website, mobile application or any other service, you agree to comply with all provisions set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy operates together with these Terms and both carry equal weight.

We reserve the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities at 8mb are for persons aged 21 or above only. 21+ No one below this age limit may open an account or use the platform.

You must be at least 21 years old.
Only you may bet or play from your own account — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
The same person may not open more than one account.
All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and up to date.
8mb reserves the right to verify the identity of any account and may suspend an account if adequate proof is not provided.

Protecting minors from gambling is our responsibility. If any user registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration at 8mb is completely free. However, it is essential to provide accurate personal information when opening an account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

The mobile number and email address you provide must be your own and active.
OTP verification must be completed at the time of registration.
The name given on the account must match the name on your payment account.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your password and login details completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Using or sharing another person's account is strictly prohibited.
8mb will never ask for your password or OTP — treat any such request as a scam.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 8mb are handled through secure methods. The applicable rules for deposits and withdrawals are set out below.

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).
The mobile banking number or bank account used for the deposit must match the registered name on the account.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
Available methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Withdrawal processing normally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless an exception is approved under special circumstances.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

8mb is committed to preventing financial irregularities and money laundering. Suspicious transactions will be placed on hold pending verification and accounts may be reviewed as needed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8mb offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply when claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Weekly Recharge Bonus

The weekly 8mb recharge bonus gives a 20% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with 18× wagering. Minimum deposit is ৳300.

5.3 Other Conditions

A bonus is never treated as direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
Claiming bonuses for multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is not permitted.
The specific terms of promotional offers may differ from one promotion to another — read the individual terms of any offer before accepting it.
8mb reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to participation in sports betting, casino games and other categories on 8mb.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, 8mb will determine the outcome of the bet according to its own rules.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8mb reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the corrected odds.

6.2 System Abuse Prohibited

Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or placing bets using software or bots is strictly prohibited.
If a user's betting pattern appears unusual, 8mb may conduct an investigation and temporarily suspend the account.
If fraudulent activity is proven, the account concerned may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

7. VIP Program

The 8mb VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level.

Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
Silver: up to 0.3% cashback.
Gold: up to 0.5% cashback.
Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback.
Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement through VIP levels depends on overall activity on the platform — 8mb reserves the right to define the criteria.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mb platform:

Opening an account with false information or concealing your identity.
Creating more than one account for the same person.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
Attempting to interfere with the site's software, game outcomes or payment systems.
Abusing the bonus system or claiming promotions through multiple accounts.
Deceiving, threatening or harassing other users.
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Any of the above violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

8mb makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, 8mb is not liable in the following situations:

Service disruption caused by internet outages or failure of third-party services.
Account loss resulting from the user's own negligence or theft of their information.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) beyond 8mb's control.

If an incorrect amount is credited or deducted due to a technical error, 8mb reserves the right to make a correction, even after the transaction has been completed.

10. Responsible Gaming

8mb believes that betting and casino games are for entertainment only — not as a source of income. We ask everyone to follow our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

Do not bet beyond your means.
Avoid the tendency to place more bets in order to recover losses.
Use the option to set deposit limits or temporarily close your account if needed.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any verifiable balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus funds will be cancelled.
